15-Day Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial. No payment is required during this period. We encourage you to evaluate the service fully before subscribing.

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with Vizora within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at billing@anantahq.com for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days will be evaluated case by case.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests after 7 days of subscription start (except on case-by-case basis)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Usage of the service beyond what is permitted by your plan

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
